Vegan Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate tastes so delightful with this cold weather, but all that rich dairy can be hard on some tummies. Here is a DELICIOUS recipe for rich hot chocolate that doesn't leave the lactose intolerant out of the fun!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond milk

2 tbsp dutch cocoa poweder

2 tbsp maple syrup

a pinch of salt

extras (not required):

~marshmellows

~cinnamon

~a candy cane

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot on your stove top over medium heat.

2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally through the process. Once the hot cocoa is boiling, it's done!

3. Pour into your favorite mug and add any extras you desire ( I recommend just trying it plain at first, it's so rich and delicious!!).

Enjoy your hot cocoa!!
